AT Trainer

Description:

This is an AT Training role with a difference, and an opportunity to diversify your career. Rather than training end-users, you will be responsible for training Assessors and decision makers on the solutions we work with, how to appropriately recommend them, the benefit they make to people lives, and providing training on the full breadth of functionality.

Our audience includes new and experienced AT Assessors, working across DSA, Access to Work, Education and Workplace. You will be expected to build and maintain relationships across the sector to help us to continue to grow a vibrant and engaged network which helps drive the products continued growth and direction.

Because of the dynamic nature of this role, you will be working with various groups (product, developers, sales, marketing) to develop new ideas and approaches to demonstrate the above-mentioned goals. This, depending on your skillset, will include meeting customers, generating content, social media engagement, webinars, and attending conferences/meetups in order to connect with relevant members of the community. While your focus will start off as fairly broad, you will have the opportunity to specialise based on your interests and success.
